hhmmm pretty convoluted way of raising further capital.
its interesting to note that since previous captial raisings have been undertaken, a significant proportion of the monies raised remains unutilised, yet they going out and raising further funds?
Could they be planning to make a number of significant moves (acquisition or deployment) in the short term ...
There has to be a reason for raising further funds when they have already go so much sitting in the bank...
