I had a glance at the banks affected by Moody's downgrade yesterday... BOQ is NOT one of them,....
Hence,.... :-
1) Levy during Budget - BOQ not effected.
2) Downgrade on all finance houses immediately after that by one rating house, can't remember which one - BOQ affected.
3) Downgrade by Moody's yesterday - BOQ not effected.
Two out of Three - not bad,.....
Levy announced would be helpful to BOQ, page-55
