I don't know anything more than you about FBR

The main thing I am guided by is the association with the MBA

Having a bit to do with some of the MBA guys in my working life I can tell you no way in hell would they have FBR at the state WA and national
MBA Conferences as key note speakers

If they didn't think this really is a game changer for the industry

I also know ARCHISTRUCT who are a bespoke building company would not put there rep on the line either

I see it as a nice company growing but they will need cash going forward big time

They need a major partner on the manufacturing side or this will never be more than a niche

I think what will probably happen is they will be bought out if the series of 11 houses is a success

Interesting, I always wondered why you make MBA such a big thing. Now I understand. Thank you. Could I also ask, how would this likely affect shareholders should they managed to find a buyer? Obviously we LT holders is going to have some sort of benefit from a take over. And not like TEN!
