The point is this....
Chapter 6 of the Corporations Act 2001:-
the acquisition of control over voting shares or voting interests takes place in an efficient, competitive and informed market.
The Takeovers Panel ruled "unacceptable circumstances" ... that is final ... trying to gloss over it is attempting to rewrite history.
