I don't think LIT will dump their LPD shares at all. Their intention is not to destroy LPD. they may have an incentive in driving the share price down when the offer is open. however this is not going to be the case once the offer is closed. 15% could be their most valuable asset for the entire company, they now have the same incentive as us to see the price raise. If anything, AG could be in this thread hiding behind a user name trying the hardest to promote LPD.
