Its been ages since I last looked at this stuff...

The placement I am referring to is 3 November 2015 and the details can be found in the announcement titled "Notice of General Meeting/Proxy Form"

Shares on issue at the time were 953,348,034 [share price at the time 0.003] and the proposal was to issue $500,000 worth @ 0.002 [or lower] for a minimum issue of 250,000,000 shares ... so you have been looking at the wrong placement. On top of that a big number of options with a 3 year life were to be thrown around like confetti.

On the matter of wealth destruction ....absolutely Hudson did enormous damage ... but GTT's track record doesn't read any better....
