As WPL Holder (passive, it brings stability to my leverage in oil and my smallest holding), this play has little meaning to me. It will not break their bank, WPL is a $25b market cap. They can walk away like they did with OSH and acquire something else. That is the reason WPL thread is quiet compared to FAR. For Far this will make or break their market cap with the value of the asset in question.
For those with a sense of humour, it may just give COP & WPL in house council a stretch of legs while oil&gas has been quiet.
