I heard from someone that works there that they have gone through 4-5 manager level personnel in maintenance, mill and mining in the last 12 months, 80% turnover in the mill amongst labour force and lost another two geo's and a senio0r engineer this week!
The only company I know that has two COO's one for CMGP region and one for SKO/HGO - do you really need a COO for two mines!? I mean, they both have GM's and Section 44 stat coverage....
