Hi Bowral
All good, happy to hear genuine viewpoints too.
I still believe that nothing will happen until we hear back from the courts regarding the Sumitomo interference issues. The legal advice I have received is that 'anything can be appealed'.
It is just as likely that Sumitomo will find some homeless bloke, claim that he is a descendant of Aunty Mary who has an interest in SJ, they did so in the last case before Judge Brown. Then we got another delaying court case.
Sumitomo realised that if they lose the interference case, that will slam shut the last door of opportunity for them, hence they wanted the Judge to be thrown out at the last minute.
I think it's best to wait until we get a verdict on the last case, and it's my viewpoint that the SI Gov't and RM are waiting on this too. Then Sumitomo is buggered.
Why else would Sumitomo want the Judge to be dismissed from this case ???
My viewpoint only
