Arasor International Ltd (ASX code: ARR), through its channels in India,
has entered a $32 million multi-year, multi-phase strategic memorandum
of understanding (MOU) with Pyramid Saimira Theaters Ltd (PSTL), a
D-Cinema based theatre company in India.
D-Cinema refers to electronic distribution of movie content,
enabled by next-generation DLP projectors.
Under the MOU, Arasor will provide photonic signal processing
and broadband wireless content delivery network solutions, integrated

other countries.
PSTL currently plans to grow its footprint in Malaysia to 200
new theatres by 2008 and expand its presence to 10,000 theatres in India
