I like to take a broad view on the lithium sector in relation to RMX.
Points to take into consideration -
If the lithium supply meets demand ( which I think personally will take a while) most of the increase in supply is coming from outside of the US.
From reports, Musk has stated his preferred options of taking supply from north america as to outside the US.
With this in mind, if RMX has proven supply and is close to its demand base, we need to take into consideration the cost of production and supply ( i.e. transport ) benefits for RMX.
Another point is that RMX being in the US and RMX being an AU company, all dollars the company makes will be in US dollars and the current US/AUD dollar ratio and the spread expanding ( US up and the AUD moving down) will increase our profits for RMX.
So the potential for RMX with proven results should be taken in consideration with the above points as a reference.
