i think whatever the semantics involved in the releases, the fact is FAR is now on the path to arbitration. Whatever the outcome, it is closer to one, and the parties involved can move on going forward. It will end the uncertainty associated with the project as the longer this had continued the less the market finds it attractive. The market in generally prefers not to get involved in companies involved in legal issues that might interrupt the progress of a resource, no matter how good it is. It creates stagnation, both in the project and the company. Does it normally take 12 months to complete the arbitration process ?
