Ann: Litigation Update, page-15

This is my considered opinion.
The following: PARLIAMENT OF VICTORIA 581368B.I-222/11/2016 Resources Legislation Amendment (Fracking Ban) Bill 2016 is an admission that the State Government of Victoria is criminally liable for deliberate and unlawful damage caused to Lakes Oil. The attempt to pardon itself by passing retrospective legislation to make lawful a crime it committed in the past makes the passing of the legislation a crime itself. Given the circumstances it should be described as treason.
