a case for legal action

if gdn proves to be a winner from its flow rates,and it seems someone knows,will gdn take legal action agaiints sue12 and a couple of others for defamation,will shareholders be furious for selling after reading the dribble posted by members on this forum,will sue 12 apologise to directions after incinuations againts them,i think sue 12 is walking on a jaggered knife at the moment,if sue 12 is proved for moral curruption againts gdn it may be all over,i know really hope gdn comes out a winner,nothing like seeing a blowhard drown
