No confirmation that WPL have a certificate of title or that the deal has been approved.
Guess Senegal are now waiting for the outcome of arbitration before they consider ratification to be appropriate.
WPL were out of order by announcing FAR's arbitration had no merit and then giving the reason why they believe this to be the case. Maybe a public apology and / or a retraction is now in order this is between FAR and COP not WPL.
WPL should take the lead from Senegal and stay out of it, let the "FRENCH COURTS" decide what has merit.
I think we all "TOTALLY" agree on that one !
