How did Julian do a good job. He was COO and would have been on the executive committee with a voice on all the crap decisions. The decision to sell alone rather than partner and thus spend all that cash that had to be raised would be classified as Operations. So i dont know how you can say he did all he could when he presided over that job while the shareprice caved to less than a fifth of what it was trading at. Unless you applaud mediocrity, he did an average job.
