No matter which way you look at it this is management's fault.
They have a legal responsibility to keep shareholders informed of matters of importance.
And here blind Jack the coal miner can see they are failing to do that.
Whether it is that they don't care about us shareholders or for some other reason to do with the PFS, we are entitled in law to know what is going on.
This is clearly a price sensitive announcement we are dealing with here, and management is required by ASX listing rules to promptly inform the market of the state of play.
If there is a hold up for technical reasons I can live with that, but to be kept in the dark is unacceptable.
And there is something I can do about it, and will be doing so if there is no announcement this week.
