The survival of this company relies on whether or not Chris Creagh and the board can put a deal together.
1. The tin is there, Imo opinion the resource is not an issue.
2. The Tasmanian government support is there, they want industry in this region
3 The infrastructure is in place.
Issues :
1 ELT is running out of cash.
2. If a suitor is interested and wants to bring ELT to its knees they can do so by waiting.
3. A story.... won't cut it. They need a partner and fast.
The ELT board somehow must negotiate a deal base on their ownership of the current acquisition, the fact that moving forward depends on their involvement and knowledge of the region, the potential revenue of the resource development, and the long term viability of the project.
They need the collaboration of a major mining group. The alternative is another project in mothballs.
The question is ......do they have the negotiation skills to cut a deal,
Time will tell.
