Given COPS alleged behavior to date regarding the PE issue, I wonder if they might just snub the whole process and any decisions made.
Be interesting to find out how much bite the ICC has, what counties are signatories to it and how it enforces non-compliance with its decisions etc.
FAR's recent action is under Article 4. I believe that COP is required to respond under Article 5 but will they?
