No one has mentioned a 'purchase'. It would roughly be the full cost of extracting the ore and shipping it around the world for its various testing purposes.
If you are not comfortable with that number then why don't you contact the company to clarify rather than debate the topic on an anonymous forum (heaven forbid you'd actually do that!).
