I reflect on my model I developed for Anvil mining that I should have adheared to in its principles and numbers Punters.I didnt and traded out at a 200% profit at 15c.You'd be well aware of what AVL/M is currently worth!!!OUCH.
The basic model being that(and this was based on pre-boom market caps)
1)The company acquires the asset.
- market cap floats around single to teen millions, with the usual trader induced spike on the annmnt as Ive reffered to in previous posts.
2)JORC compliancy
- market cap moves to 20-30M
3)BFS feasibility/proving up of robustness of project to financing instos
- market cap moves to 30-50M
4)Finance approval/project capital raisings
-market cap moves from 50 to 75M
5)Move to project development/production
-market cap moves from 75M and up,the upper limit dependant on how the market will value the company via either NPV or forward P/E.Both numbers potentially very robust for Aim's Perkoa
A couple of notes to add here.
* You will no doubt have noticed the market cap of Aim pre-finance is significantly higher than my model estimate, this primarily due to the current commodities boom which has upped such valuations by an order of maginitude. So you can effectively double these market caps as Aim moves through these Perkoa development phases.
BUT this still doesnt account for the rest of the market cap to the high side being shown by Aim.
Imho this gravitates to my second point which is the
* reflection of the confidence with which the market perceives both the potential of Perkoa AND the actual robustness of the financials that we will soon hopefully be given and that is indicated by North Sound and JPM now holding 23% of the company's share register.
Just a little bit more of Domums Delphic over thinking on this Aim subject for you Punters.
