yeah i think all the trade haults are unnecessary
just come out and announce good news... no need to hault every 2 seconds.
also they really mistimed the cap raise, MXC was above 10 cents a share and then they decide to hault and cap raise.... pretty silly IMO
since then it has dropped significantly
