IAM is the lubricant,the transition between face to face and complete robo. The industry isnt ready to go complete robo yet and IAM realise this and so does the industry. There needs to be a transition.People still like face to face and arent entirely ready for 100% robo. What PC was saying is in the future as the industry heads towards more and more robo automation IAM will adapt and cater ,especially as growth increase. One could say that the portal itself will provide automation to an extent but still have a financial adviser involved where needed,especially for smaller practices.
