    Oldmarty old chap,
the future for CTP down one street is not at all glum. It is in fact quite brilliant in my opinion.
However this is so only if CTP can raise development capital which it appears it cannot. Or so we are assured. So if MB succeed and provide the necessary, then CTP has a great future. The catch is that it is CTP as a company that has this future, not the present shareholders who will miss out on the spoils. The current shareholders will collect the 20 cents and that will be that. Unfortunately the way the situation now is, with 2 competing and probably incompatible alternative boards, a live 249D and lots of conflict in the air, the future for both the company and the shareholders is very very glum indeed if the SoA is voted down. Because rather than 20 cents the shares will be however low a figure your imagination can come up with. And unlike some on this forum, I am exceedingly unwilling to sit by for years in the hope that the company will survive. It was a close enough call in 2012, five years ago now. In the long run, a company with great potential that is short of capital and with a weak share price is simply prey to the cashed up. MB are only the first to line up. However much we may dislike the present position, there is nothing like a sharp reality check to focus the mind.
