This might not be the states of things at the moment, but when i think robo advice, i am thinking of the SOA generation part of the process. Sure, you might still have an adviser that talks to the customers explaining to them.
So for those that feel strongly against the AI, does that include the usage of it for SOA generation?
For SOA generation via IAM, does the adviser have a communication channel with the paraplanners overseas? From my understanding it is opaque to the advisers.
