$200M USD debt convertible at $0.10c into 2.6bn shares is a huge handbrake. $25M among 3.5bn shares is one thing, but into 6bn shares is another. Then of course there are the close to 400M options outstanding at 3.8-5c. Potential dilution will hold the SP back from any 'normal' pricing models.
