    Yes Chimera's expanded holdings will give it control of the company and they will want to privatise of course. To do that they will undertake an unconventional TO and squeeze ordinary shareholders out, appoint 100% Chimera directors etc. Shareholders can expect to get something but nt a lot for their shares, perhaps 1 cps. Goodbye VXL. What a stuff up!
