Why doesn't someone ask the Co about Gamze? Maybe it'll prompt a response indicating the reasoning behind her move and/or identifying her replacement (if one is needed).
Surely that wouldn't be a big deal (and not market sensitive). I'd do it, except I don't really care at this point, and thus wouldn't write a good email.
