    what i dont understand is how James Spenceley can simultaneously run a fund and also run Vocus (assuming a TPG led takeover).

    Having said this, I guess it shows that there is intrinsic value in Vocus at these levels otherwise Spenceley would not even entertain the idea with TPG...

    Would be interesting to see if they bid and also what sort of terms/premium they offer.
