I am interested about one thing mentioned in the video:

Between: 3:05 - 3.46

Dave says:

-"The Horizontal well will be off the same pad." (Ok - makes sense)

-"Subsequent wells will be off a new pad that we're in the process of permitting." (Ok - makes sense)

-"The new pad would also be off the road as well."

What is 'The New Pad'? and why is he speaking about it as if it's THE only new pad, or THE first to be built new pad? and why is it going to be off the road? We have already built a pad off the road which we are drilling from now, we're also going to be drilling the Horizontal follow up from this pad too. Wouldn't the next step be to build a pad to the West targeting both Conventional & Unconventional.....

Obviously not? - sounds like they have already decided that the next step would be to build a pad somewhere else along the road for the next follow up Horizontal well or wells?
