ok....I'm going to throw a small cat amongst the pigeons...

Do most of you think Yacob will remain passive?

Would the companies he represents want a bigger piece of the eventual pie?

Are they happy enough to make a reasonable return on the holdings or do they want to be a major player in the business?

Could a KLSE listed company be looking for an entity to remain listed?

How will the the structure of the company (ATC) finally look?

Will ATC have full ownership of the manufacturing plant?

Musings on a Saturday night~~~~

Just a thought.............

It would be handy to know the answers to those questions, IMO.
