Keep in mind, none of the options were shared with me. I guess what I'm hoping is the reason there are still options being considered / finalised is because there's a Plan A, B and C (maybe D,E,F as well). Plan A may be the optimal deal for the company, but also the most difficult to get across the line in the time allotted. I know 16 months seems like a lot of time, but I can tell you from personal experience if you're considering multiple options with limited resources it can take a considerably amount of time to conduct due diligence not just on our side, but for any potential suitors as well. After the Bergen fiasco, I'm happy for them to take their time and get the optimal outcome if possible.
