New market entrants, yes, they are there. The fact remains though, they are operating at the highest end of the cost curve and are simply making money because of high demand and lack of supply. When all is done though, only those with the best spodumene (quality) and those that can make lithium carbonate at a cost close to the brine producers will survive.
