Whenever this newsletter pumps a stock the immediate reaction is to exceed its recommended buy price which was 33 cents.
The price will retreat to below 33 cents in the next few days.

If that support remains and M.Turnbulls observation of the nature of trade post these broker recommendations is on the mark(it usually drops back below the recommended price) we almost definitely have a high % of accumulation occuring.
