Like I said.
At the time of the announcement First Cobalt was trading at 55 cents, NOT 76 cents.
Shareholders have been short changed here, very bad.
It should have been based on the TRADING Price of First Cobalt at the time Cobalt One went into trading halt and the merger proposal was received, NOT after First Cobalt traded for another 2 days.
At that time First Cobalt was trading at 55 cents - not 76 cents.
They were allowed to trade for 2 days after the announcement so their share price could rise from 55c to 76c.
The Ratio is unfair and shareholders here have been treated very unfairly here IMHO.
Not good.
