Great points.
The other thing, I was listening to a Rick Rule interview and he suggested that quite often in the case of Warrants (options) that shareholders sell the shares to hold the options for free. One of the tactics that he employs at times is to do the opposite - ie sell the overpriced options and buy the shares.
It may be worth keeping an eye out for such an opportunity if/when it arises with DYL
options, page-8
