The market never expected a''there she blows'' statement and it did not get one, so a wonderful opportunity to drive the price down. the market knows the flow tests are not due , so made the most out of there being no flow. Classic case of market manipulation that traders such as your self will latch on to. When the flow tests are announced, traders will be gone and mr market will have gone quietly about its business of wealth transfer from traders and the weak. Pretty normal stuff
