I take it that you have not carefully read the Trojan posts. So far as inside info is concerned, MB know everything there is to know re CTP. And in the NEXUS case, when the board advised as you say that the company could not remain solvent, and in the face of this advice the against vote prevailed, a clearer demonstration of the failure to let logic prevail over raw emotion could hardly be dreamed up.
