i dont think this acquisition is a bargain at all -yum has done well - $4m per store and a couple not completed and the assumption in the figures is they will hit the ground running ....that $4m is a bit more than the valuation of the oz stores held within ckf --and u get the overseas stores for free! not sure how to value overseas stores at this stage - $3.5m per oz store and u get the capln of ckf (at $5 share price and 116 m shares) plus debt i believe -on the c.r. price its a bit cheaper again!
