    Im not expecting the process for construction to be swift.....the PFS taking longer than first stated....one imagine 18months to 2 years, however if they secure a JV with proactive values then much sooner, it would depend on that companies ROI timeframes....one hope it would be aggressive not passive.
    Time will tell.
