clear the Earn Out payment and the Vendor Finance Facility.

Three (3) patent applications in the energy field have been filed. The first progressed to PCT stage in April,
2016. The International Search Report and the Examiner’s Written Opinion consider all of the claims of this
application to be both novel and inventive. Two other provisional applications are scheduled to progress to
PCT stage by March 2017.
