It's not all over but short term this doesn't look good. I've been sniffing ATU for past few months looking for an entry but glad I didn't press the buy button yet. Craig Burton (who invested $2.5M @ 50c) is a very smart cookie and I assume he did extensive DD before writing his cheque. If there was anything untoward he would have found it and refrained from investing his own money. I believe the 2 ex directors who founded the company are still selling bucket loads of stock and this is the reason for the share price massacre. Until they empty their buckets the share price will remain in the doldrums. I'm surprised the company didn't negotiate an off market transfer of their remaining stock to stop this situation from occurring.
