the performance shares were based on market cap and revenue.
Now the company has not listed so how can they claim a certain market cap.
But it seems they can change the criteria for performance shares whenever they like
And the more performance shares they issue themselves means they can vote any other changes in and CLAIM they were voted for by shareholders.
If and it is a big IF they ever list all I can guess is a huge run for the exit door.
It don't matter what revenue or potential they have as if shareholders have little or no faith in management we can all work out what happens to the sp.
