is sgw a good stock ?

I am thinking seriously about buying into Sons of Gwalia (SGW)...but the analysis of the past 12 months causes me to hesitate.

Are the issues which affected the company's results over the last 12 months behind them?

Why will they do better in the next 12 months - apart from the gold price ?

I was looking to buy them yesterday when they were trading at $3.18...sadly I didn't have any funds available until this morning. I note that this morning they have edged up 1% to $3.23
