    Capital raising confirmed in an announcement after the close of trade today. Renouncable rights issue at 7 cents per share for July 2007, 1 right for every 4 shares held,

    Record date to be mid July with acceptances closing late July, exact dates still to be confirmed. Prospectus to be issued in July.

    Also, EGM to be held on 30/7/07 with notice of meeting being sent out end of June.
