If you held off announcing price sensitive information and say a secretary or someone in the know encouraged a family member to buy in the brief window before the halt was put in place then this would cause huge problems regarding the brand and integrity of the company if ever found out. Long term the SP will be influenced if not decided by the fundamentals therefore a brief pullback in SP should not be a big concern for the company.
