GPP even has the potential to make JV at any time or have potential to sell its licences for OHD project because announced on Oct.25 2016 "the Board received a number of unsolicited, confidential, non-binding, and indicative proposals from parties (“The Parties”) looking to acquire the OHD project rights, Greenpower commercial IP and Aust/NZ distribution license."
