Sounds all very positive and great news indeed. He is so confident now that he's even referring to the original restructure proposal of January. Seems like it's now more than fully certain that a restructure will occur. Just a matter of if the original one or an alternate one. Much better position than what it potentially sounded like a few weeks ago.
