Holloman Corporation must see RMG as a vehicle that can get them both a public listing on the Australian Exchange and access to the more highly prospective parts of South Australia. It must be pretty serious if Holloman's CEO is going to sit on the board. They're not a small company and they have a long history in the US construction game. It wouldn't be a good look if they were so directly associated with a company that went under so that also lessens the risk.

I'm pretty surprised we're back at pre-announcement levels. Market hasn't fully appreciated the trading potential.
