Just had a look at Twins last post:
https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/bus-driver.3305937/?post_id=23443203#.WVH91SCbGfA
To tell from this post Twin was sceptical about how the ADO/ DIA story would continue, unsatisfied with the overall management of the company seeing the inherent conflict of buyer/ seller management.
Not knowing anything about Twin and his background but assuming that he had considerable long term investors skin in the game (though I believe he was clever enought to always trade his shares) and assuming that he is part of the announced private loan agreement I conclude that company has presented something convincing to him to end the miserable ADO/ DIA takeover story leading to a (share price) growth path. I would not believe that Twin couldn`t be fooled - but I do have hope that he hasn`t and that there is a positive meaning to his investment (and hopefully it is not only that it would allow him to survive something that for most other long term investors would be fatal...).
